This year’s theme is “North Star Touring at its Best,” and that says it all! In keeping with that theme, we’ve arranged driving tours to three great car collections.
The fun starts Wednesday, July 11, with the opening of our registration desk and hospitality room, from noon until 6 p.m. Mechanical judging begins at 1 p.m., and you’ll want to join us for the welcoming gathering from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Mechanical judging continues at 8 a.m. Thursday, with the registration/hospitality desk open from 8 a.m. to. 6 p.m. This will be an exciting day with a driving tour to Morrie’s car collection starting at 9 a.m. This is one of the top collections in the country, featuring well over 300 cars, as well as a vast collection of antique gas pumps, neon dealership signs and other memorabilia.
As part of the driving tour, People’s Choice Awards for each decade and best of tour will be presented for those Lincolns on tour. If you are not able to drive your Lincoln, other members will make room for you.
This is one tour you won’t want to miss! Lunch will be served at the Medina Ballroom.
Mechanical judging continues at 8 a.m. Friday, with the registration/hospitality desk open from 8 a.m. to. 6 p.m.
Our driving tour will leave at 9 a.m., stopping first at the Veit Automobile Museum featuring 150 rare and unusual gas pumps, a collection of 1933 Ford Model 40s, Tri-Five Chevrolets and more. After lunch, we will visit the McDowall car collection which has about 40 very interesting and unique cars, of appeal to most any collector. Again if you will not be driving you still can go you will be able to sign up to ride in one to the Lincoln’s going on tour
Join your friends for a cocktail hour between 6:00 and 7 p.m. Buffet dinner begins at 7 p.m., and we’ll have a lively auction as well. Please bring quality Lincoln items for the auction as this is our major fundraiser to support our meet.
Saturday features final registration from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and final mechanical judging from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. From 8 to 10 a.m. we will be parking our Lincolns in the designated parking area adjacent to the hotel in preparation for the Lincoln Car Show which will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please do not leave with your car until the field has been released by the chief judge.
Lunch will be on your own from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and we will have an LCOC Membership meeting at 4 p.m.
Our evening activities begin with a happy hour and a cash bar from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by our Awards Banquet from 7:00 to 10 p.m.
Sunday, July 15, we will wrap up our meet saying goodbye to old friends and new friends we’ve met. John Walcek will begin taking the official meet photos at 9 a.m.

As a result of the LCOC Board of Directors meeting, January 13, 2018, IT WAS APPROVED that you will still be able to register after the previously established cutoff date for the show. Late registrants will be only be eligible for entry of Lincoln in the Exhibition Class.
It is suggested that you register before the deadline. If you must cancel, your money will be refunded up to seven (7) days before the meet begins. Register early, as it is easier to cancel your registration at a later date, if necessary than to arrange registration after the cutoff date.
